Draft notice
This is a draft for review and is not yet a binding legal agreement. Final terms will be published before launch and are subject to change.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide to run collections and payments, such as your business details, the receivables you record (including who owes them), and the payment links your agent creates. When your customers pay, we receive the payment’s amount and status from Stripe, which collects their card details directly. If you sign in with Google or QuickBooks, we receive your verified email from them. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the service: to create payment links when your agent or a connected app requests them, to process payments through Stripe, to update your receivables and ledgers, and to pay out your share. PayAuth does not contact your customers; your agent does.
How we share it
We share information with the providers that deliver the service: Stripe for payments and payouts, QuickBooks where you connect it, and partner apps you connect, within the access you grant them. We do not sell your personal information. These providers process information under their own terms, and Stripe, Google, and QuickBooks are trademarks of their respective owners.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use encryption in transit and scoped access controls. Payment details are stored by Stripe, which is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1, and not by PayAuth.
Your choices
You can access or update your account information, disconnect accounting integrations and partner apps, revoke API keys, and request deletion of your data where applicable.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
