Two models
Why the two products are priced differently
Each model follows where the money comes from: invoices you’re already owed, or new amounts your agent charges on the spot.
AgentAR: a share of what’s collected
You’re collecting money you’re already owed, so PayAuth earns only when an invoice is actually paid: from 10% of each overdue invoice, depending on your tier, or card processing + 1% on one paid before it’s due. An invoice that isn’t collected costs you nothing.
AgentPay: a rate per payment
Your agent charges new amounts it sets on the spot, so you pay for each payment that goes through PayAuth. Developer is $0 a month for up to $50K; Growth and Enterprise add a monthly fee for a lower rate and more volume.
Included
In every plan, on both products

- Sign in with email, Google, or QuickBooks
- No setup fee

Questions
Pricing questions
Is there a monthly fee?
On AgentAR, there is none. On AgentPay, the Developer plan is $0 a month; Growth and Enterprise add a monthly fee in exchange for a lower rate on every payment. There is no setup fee on either.
Do I pay the fee, or does my customer?
You do. Your customer pays the amount on the payment link; PayAuth’s fee and card processing come out of that payment before your share is paid out.
How is card processing charged?
On AgentAR, card processing of 2.9% + 30¢ is added to your tier’s fee, on every payment. On AgentPay, it’s included in the Developer and Growth rates; Enterprise is priced at interchange plus a fixed margin.
What do I pay on invoices that aren’t collected?
Nothing. On AgentAR, you pay only on invoices actually paid through PayAuth.
What about invoices that aren’t due yet?
On AgentAR, invoices paid before they’re due are charged at card processing + 1%, instead of your tier’s fee.
What does “Soon” mean on a plan?
That the feature is on the way but not available yet.
What happens above $50K a month on Developer?
Developer covers up to $50K processed a month. Above that, move to Growth, which covers up to $500K at a lower rate, or talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I refund a payment? What about disputes?
We’re finalizing how refunds and disputes work, and will publish the policy before launch. Until then, email support@payauth.com with any question.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run daily, on either product. A payment usually reaches your bank a couple of business days after it’s made, and a new account’s first payout can take longer.
